Details of Personal Information Collection and Use

The National Center for the Rights of the Child intends to collect, use, and provide personal information as outlined below in accordance with Article 23 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Unique Identifying Information) of the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Domestic Adoption. All collected personal information will be handled securely in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. For further details regarding the processing of personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website of the National Center for the Rights of the Child (www.ncrc.or.kr).

Adoptee Information Required: ID (username), password, name, gender, email, mobile phone number, address, membership category (adoptee, biological family, prospective adoptive parents, other)
Optional: Date of birth, telephone number 		Promotion of domestic adoption and provision of post-adoption services for adoptees 3 years

※ You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of the above personal information. However, if you refuse consent, your use of services related to the promotion of domestic adoption and post-adoption services for adoptees may be restricted.
