Reservations can only be made online and must be approved before your visit. Please confirm that your reservation has been approved prior to arriving.
2. Reservation Period
Reservations may be made only for dates within the next two months. The earliest available appointment is four business days from today.
3. Audio/Video Recording
If you wish to record or take photographs during your visit, you must obtain prior consent from the assigned staff member.
4. Interpreter for English-Speaking Adoptees
For adoptees who use English, a clear and detailed consultation may not be possible without an interpreter. Please arrange to be accompanied by an interpreter whenever possible.
5. No Consultation Without Reservation
Consultations cannot be provided without a confirmed reservation.
