My estimated date of birth is August 15, 1982. Important Detail Regarding My Belongings: According to records from the Star of the Sea (Haeseong) Orphanage, I was found with a note, a letter, or a photograph (recorded as “emoji” or image). This item was given only to the orphanage and was lost before my file was transferred to Holt Children’s Services. Holt never received this item, and it is now missing from my records. Other Identifying Information: DNA: Genetic testing shows a very strong connection to the Nam River Basin (Jinju area). Physical Scars: I have two distinct scars on the back of my left hand. Skin Tone: Intake records noted that I had a darker skin tone. Case Number: 84-95 (Incheon Nam-gu) If you remember a child who was left with a note or a photo in 1984, please reach out.
